I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I recently received. I placed an order last Thursday for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home on Monday morning. However, on Sunday afternoon—less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery—I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled. This last-minute cancellation left me scrambling to secure an alternative florist to ensure the arrangement arrived at the funeral home before the 10:00 a.m. service. Given the sensitive nature of funeral services, I found this situation especially distressing and unexpected.

Amazing bouquet of flowers and they were able to help with a same day delivery! My parents loved their anniversary flowers. Thank you Carlos and his team.

I ordered these beautiful flowers for my best friend who lives in South Miami and had a baby. I saw all of the positive reviews so I decided to take a shot. The website had a lot of options and they’re all reasonably priced. There were also a lot of options for cards and occasions. I ultimately selected this white and blue arrangement. It’s even more beautiful than I expected. The handwritten was also a nice touch. I also appreciated that I could track when the arrangement was being assembled and eventually delivered.
